As our client expand their operations in Europe, they are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP) and Managing Director to lead their European division.

Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company’s European growth strategy.
- Provide visionary leadership, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations for the European division, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
- Set performance and financial goals, driving operational efficiency.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities within the European market.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence.
Financial Management
- Prepare and allocate budgets, optimizing resource allocation.
- Evaluate department profits, revenue, and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor directors, and managers across various functions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Customer Focus
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by aligning operations with client needs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Risk Mitigation
- Assess and mitigate risks related to market dynamics, regulatory changes, and geopolitical factors.
- Implement proactive measures to safeguard business continuity.
Board Interaction
- Provide strategic advice to the board and chairperson.
- Present regular updates on European operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as an SVP or Managing Director, ideally within the software solutions industry.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Multicultural awareness and understanding of European business dynamics.
