Chief Customer and Data Officer (CCDO) opportunity with Boston-based cybersecurity company dedicated to safeguarding their clients’ digital assets. As they expand their European operations, our client is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Customer and Data Officer to join the executive leadership team.

Role Summary:
As the CCDO you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's customer-centric approach and ensuring exceptional experiences for their clients. Your responsibilities will span across customer strategy, data analytics, and risk mitigation.

Main Responsibilities:

Customer-Centric Strategy

  • Develop and execute a customer-focused strategy aligned with our client's cybersecurity mission.
  • Define clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Enhanced Customer Experiences

  • Ensure seamless and secure interactions for clients across all touchpoints.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve services.

Data-Driven Insights

  • Leverage data analytics to gain insights into threat patterns, customer behaviors, and preferences.
  • Use this information to enhance our cybersecurity offerings.

Retention and Loyalty

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with our client's security solutions.

Risk Mitigation

  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in customer relationships.
  • Implement proactive measures to address security concerns.

Voice of the Customer

  • Advocate for customer needs during decision-making processes.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture within the company

Partnership Development

  • Collaborate with strategic partners to enhance our client's ecosystem.
  • Provide advisory services to partners and customers.

Cybersecurity Evangelist

  • Infuse the voice of the customer into all aspects of the business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging threats.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong understanding of threat landscapes and security technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
