Role Summary:
As the CRO, you will be a pivotal member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping the commercial strategy, expanding market presence, and driving revenue across global markets. Your vision, business acumen, and ability to build strong relationships will be critical in propelling this scale-up to new heights. 

Main Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the growth objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to drive revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Sales Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the sales teams, both locally and internationally.
  • Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance, and drive results.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Market Expansion

  • Expand the footprint in existing markets and explore new geographies.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with retailers, brands, and fashion influencers.
  • Position the company's software solutions as indispensable tools for fashion businesses.

Customer Relationships

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand their pain points, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Champion customer success stories to enhance the brand reputation.

Revenue Optimization

  • Optimize pricing models, contract negotiations, and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with finance and product teams to maximize profitability.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Innovation and Trends

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior.
  • Innovate offerings to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the Fashion Tech or related industry.
  • Experience in scaling up operations within a high-growth environment.
  • Global mindset with the ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for industry trends.
