Role Summary:
As the Managing Director, you will be a key driver of the company's international growth strategy. You’ll oversee the operations, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the Fintech solutions gain prominence in the European, Middle Eastern, and African markets. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our client's success story.

Main Responsibilities:

Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute a robust market entry strategy for the EMEA region.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and regulatory nuances.
  • Establish the brand presence and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

  • Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Optimize operational processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Collaborate with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
  • Negotiate partnerships, distribution agreements, and joint ventures.
  • Position the company's solutions as essential tools for financial institutions and consumers.

Revenue Growth

  • Set ambitious revenue targets and drive sales efforts.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and upselling initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions.

Risk Management

  • Mitigate risks related to compliance, cybersecurity, and market volatility.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
  • Safeguard the company's reputation and maintain trust with clients.

Team Leadership

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading international operations in the Fintech sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of EMEA financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
